What is your return policy?

Harmony N More only accepts returns if the product is damaged or defective within 14 Days. If you receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue full credit or send you a replacement.

What if I received my product damaged?

For all return or damage requests, please email info@harmonynmore.com and include an image of your product and the shipping box. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Oops! If you received a different product from the one you ordered, that is on us! Don't hesitate to contact us at info@harmonynmore.com, and we will ship the correct product to you!

What should I do if I still need to include a product in my package?

Oh no! We apologize for this and want your product as soon as possible. Please email info@harmonynmore.com with the order number and an image of your order, and we will get it shipped out! 

 If I order expedited shipping in the afternoon, will it be shipped the next day?

Unfortunately, orders placed after Noon CST will not be processed until the next business day. Our standard processing/shipping time in the busy season can be 3 - 4 business days.  


Shipping & Delivery

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all USA orders over $100! After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (s). Although we take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and without damage, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage or loss of the item passes to the recipient.

Please expect your package within 3-7 business days.

Harmony N More ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Harmony N More, subsidiaries, or delivery services, they shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Harmony N More does not take responsibility for stolen packages once delivered.

International Orders: Customs Regulations, Weather Conditions, and other factors may affect shipments to international addresses. These are governed by UPS & USPS and not by Harmony N More. Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added to your order. If customs fees are due at pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated based on the total price of the products, not including any discounts. 

Holiday shipping times:  We receive more orders during national holidays and end-of-the-year promotions. Please be patient with us as we carefully hand-pack your orders with love! Shipping times may vary. 


Recurring Subscription

When starting a Harmony N More Subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion on a per-order basis until your subscription is a) canceled or b) paused.

Pausing Subscriptions

You can pause your subscription or skip your next order. If pausing, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date, or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription will remain paused indefinitely.

You can pause or skip your subscription by logging into your Harmony N More and managing your preferences.

Canceling Subscriptions

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, we require any changes or cancellations to be made at least three days before your next order date. If you wish to cancel an order less than three days before your ship date, Harmony N More cannot cancel or issue a refund.

We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates five days before the scheduled ship date, which we feel is ample time to update their subscription. This is sent as a courtesy, and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their subscription.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Harmony N More Account and managing your preferences.

Subscription Returns & Refunds

Please manage your subscription and skip any orders you do not want to be shipped. You can change your subscription settings three days before your next shipment to pause, skip, or delay your next order.

If the subscription preferences are not changed, you will receive your Harmony N More products on time, and they will be automatically shipped to your doorstep!

Subscription FAQ

Can I change the frequency of my shipment after placing my initial order?

Yes, you totally can! You can adjust the order frequency of your shipments from the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account. There's also a calendar option where you can choose to schedule your shipment for any date in the next 90 days.

Can I pause my subscription if I’m out of town or need a break?

Yup—skip your next shipment or shipments! From the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account, click the' Skip Shipment' button on the left-hand side of the page. Your Harmony N More Subscription products will always remain 20% off!

Can the products within my subscription vary, or must I keep them the same with every order?

Yes, you can vary your products to your liking! You can add new products to your subscription at any time! From the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account, you can adjust the products, quantity, and frequency of deliveries at any time.

Can I cancel just one order if I’m out of town or if I have extra product from my last order?

You can use the 'Skip Shipment' option whenever needed from the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account!

Coupon Code Regulations and Restrictions

Only one coupon may be used per purchase and cannot be combined with any other deal. Sales, Flash Sales, and expired Coupons cannot be applied after expiration. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to orders. Once an order has been placed, no coupon can be applied to that order, whether using a coupon or not. Coupons cannot be switched out or replaced retroactively on orders already placed.
